We love Tim Hasenoehrl and Heritage Homes. We bought our first house from Tim in 2017 and we loved it. It was a mid-century modern which we never considered before, but the look, feel, and quality were so nice that we purchased it. Then, in 2018, Tim was starting to build a craftsman style home in the same neighborhood. Since that style was what we were originally looking for we went directly to him and asked if it would be possible to do some minor customization if we contracted to buy it at that time. Tim being Tim, he agreed and was extremely reasonable to work with. The finish work and his attention to detail are as good or better than any builder we've seen. We highly recommend Tim and Heritage Homes.

Best of all, Tim is a businessman of high integrity. He is honest and wants you, his buyer, to enjoy the home that he has built. If something is not yet done, Tim will be there to help you with a solution. He will either fix it himself or follow through with the sub-contractors until the issue is resolved.
When I bought my house from Heritage Homes/ Tim Hasenoehrl, I was told that buyers, after owning one of Tim’s houses, look to him first to buy the next house. After buying and living in one of Heritage Homes, I would do the same.
